• Organize regular meeting for daily operation of collection department
• Allocate overdue customers to each field collector and phone collectors
• Update collection result into system
• Monitor/Improve collection activities to be in line with overdue status and procedure to minimize uncollectable account
• Make sure the collection reports are produced timely
• Make a schedule and effective action plan to improve operation according to KPI report implication
• Conduct a training program for Field Collectors and Phone Collectors
• Attend department meeting and make record
• Develop Policy and Procedure, Banking system
• Make action plan to reduce the NPL rate
• Manage and Propose the Court / Litigation Case to legal department
• Manage, improve on budget and actual expense related to overdue debts
• Create the provision account for bad debt and NBC report
• Handle the loan bad debt write-off and make schedule for implement
• Manage the customer service (after disbursal)
• Review & analyze overdue data and feedback to other Departments
• Control asset repossessed in the warehouse and reselling
• Do other tasks or overtime required by Japanese Management / Line Manager if needed.

• Work from Monday to Saturday (Day Off: Sunday and 01-day rotation); Working hour: 8:00am - 5:00 pm
• 30$ per month for traveling from home to work
• 300$ for staff baby delivery both male staff and female staff
• 100$ for staff’s marriage
• 100 $ for funeral contribution
• 18 days per year for Annual leave, 6 days sick leave, 7 days special leave, public holiday
• 50$ per staff/year on Outpatient Coverage and 25$ per child/ year
• 1 time per year on Annual Health Check with Private Hospital covered by company
• Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year)
• Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben Bonus depend on company profit
• Staff’s lease with low interest rate
• Insurance NSSF covered by company
• HR compliance fee such as Workbook, Health Check up with Ministry of Labor
• Contract Type: Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC)

Requirement:
• At least 3 years experiences in banking, leasing, or MFI sector.
• Have a good interpersonal skill, good communication skill, teamwork, and independent.
• Effectively solve problem,
• Good leadership and management skills.
• Be positive attitude, honest, strong commitment and willing to work hard.
• Be able to with high sense of confidentiality
